About Me
From an early age, I was captivated by birdlife, spending my childhood obsessively watching and cataloguing new species. That deep curiosity fostered a lasting connection to the natural world and a heightened awareness of the fragile ecosystems that sustain it. Observing wildlife taught me patience, attentiveness and the importance of preserving the environments that make these encounters possible.
What began with binoculars gradually evolved into a passion for photography, driven by a desire not only to witness nature, but to document and share it. Through the camera, I found a way to translate moments of quiet beauty and ecological significance into visual narratives that encourage reflection and connection.
As an adult, I studied photography before building a career as a freelance editorial photographer within the UK. My practice now centres on the natural world, combining documentary observation with a strong environmental consciousness. Through my work, I aim to raise awareness of the importance of protecting our landscapes and wildlife while inspiring a deeper emotional connection between people and the environment. I believe photography can serve as both a record and a reminder, capturing what is precious, vulnerable and increasingly vital to preserve for future generations.
